Accidentally stepped on an epic romance movie set with Vanessa & Michael. 🤍 To celebrate one year wed, they stepped back into their wedding trousseau in the most romantic setting. Going through these gothic halls, I felt like I was a director to a love story for the ages.

A month for the books. 🤍

One lesson life keeps teaching me over and over again:
You get to choose your energy.

And the energy you choose becomes the energy others attune to.

👉🏼So... what are you choosing to create?
👉🏼What are you becoming a receptor for?

For me, it’s the simple things.

🌿Nature feels like medicine.
😮‍💨Breath feels like coming home to myself.
💆🏻‍♀️The people I love remind me what really matters.

This month I launched my Regulate Breathwork Facilitator Training, facilitated an incredible corporate session with Bacardi (along with several other amazing companies), supported my beautiful 1:1 clients, spent countless hours outside, and filled my cup through travel—something that always makes me feel the most alive.

And while I’m deeply grateful for everything I accomplished, what I’m most grateful for is how I felt while living it.

Present.
Grounded.
Connected.
Alive.

🔥I recently told one of my clients, “This is a feel-good summer.”

Not because life is perfect.
But because we’re choosing, day after day, to return to ourselves.

To breathe.
To slow down.
To create moments that remind us we’re actually here living this life—not just rushing through it.

That’s what nervous system regulation has given me.
Not a perfect life.
A fuller one.

Here’s your reminder:
You don’t have to wait for everything around you to change before you feel good.

Choose the energy.
Return to your center.
The rest has a beautiful way of following.
Feeling incredibly grateful. 🤍

CARATS & CAKE BTS 🤍👰🏻‍♀️

Stylist and bride-to-be @daniellyoc of @danielleandalix shares her perspective on modern bridal dressing - from building a wedding wardrobe across an entire weekend to letting venue, emotion, and instinct shape the final look.

Photographed by @heatherwaraksa at @spinabride in NYC, the story explores bridal fashion as something more expansive than tradition alone: evolving silhouettes, finishing layers, and the details that ultimately define how a wedding feels.

A look that proves the dress can set the tone for the entire celebration.

Vanessa’s structured lace corset paired with a fluid silk skirt by @kimkassas balanced old-world romance with modern minimalism — equal parts tailored and effortless. Worn from ceremony to cake cutting, it remained one continuous look throughout the day at @peconicbayyachtclub.

Layered vintage details — from Italian postcard escort cards embossed with their initials to moss-lined tablescapes and fresh fruit woven into dinner design — brought a lived-in sensibility to the celebration. Ceremony seating was arranged in a loose semi-circle beneath soft ivory draping suspended through the trees, leaning into the natural beauty of the North Fork rather than over-designing it.

Captured on film, every moment reflected a romantic, timeworn point of view as the space transformed from an intimate garden dinner into an after-dark celebration.

Less about perfection. More about patina, memory, and atmosphere. #caratsandcake

1. A quiet moment between outfit changes, captured by @sincerelysini

2. I think a lot of people limit styling to sourcing and curation. I’m hands-on—dressing, draping, and making real-time adjustments in person so everything fits precisely, the veil is placed exactly as intended, and no detail is missed

3. Pressing and steaming is probably one of my LEAST favorite tasks in styling, but it’s such a crucial step in presentation. Another part of the job is problem-solving—I used a tripod to hang the garment and an extra scarf as a press cloth to protect it from hot steam burst

4. Styling isn’t one-and-done. The strongest looks come from experimenting and refining. Here, we’re choosing between two earrings—getting the team involved in decision-making is one of my FAVORITE bits.

5. Photography, beauty, content, and styling go hand in hand. Be deliberate in who you bring on—choose creatives whose work complements each other. Both, Sini and Vanessa are well known for their talent in the wedding industry, knew they would be perfect for the shoot.

6. Finding the right angles and perspective—bringing the look to life through their creative lens: @sincerelysini and @happilyeversocials

7. Taking a quiet moment to improvise. I forgot one of the looks at home and had to put something together on the spot—this is why I always carry backup looks (I live by this rule). Situations like this push you to be creative in ways you hadn’t imagined.

8. The smallest touches make all the difference on camera. It’s important to have eyes on wardrobe, hair, and makeup from behind the lens. If I can’t be there, I always advise having a dedicated eye—this shouldn’t fall on the photographer.

9. Talking through what I had in mind with @srishtixk and @sincerelysini —it was truly a team effort. Shristi was such a pro in realizing the look.

10. Can’t wait to share more of Shristi’s look. Captured @happilyeversocials

11. Did you know @edhbeauty.co is a celebrity hairstylist?

12. Bridal beauty can feel repetitive—find an artist like @stefanirapai_makeup , someone with range who can make the familiar feel exciting again. #hireher
