I’ve spent a LOT of years in the front of the room But I will never pass up the chance to be a participant. To learn. To grow. To remember why I fell in love with this Industry To be a part of of the @fitproprogramming team is something I have always wanted - to be behind the scenes for a legit organization that delivers the best and cares tremendously about their people. It took years to find a place - and the patience paid off. Big time. And yes… I still geek out over every single count, transition, progression and playlist. Some things will never change Cheers to the best fitness conference I have ever been too Summit In The Sun ☀️ Cannot wait for next year 📸 @vanhattenphoto

Still not sure I have the words to describe @fitproprogramming’s Summit in the Sun…. Rejuvenated? Reset? Proud? Inspired? Two of my favorite humans and fitness pros put on such an incredible event full of community, content, and sun ☀️ Thank you for the magic, the ideas, the giggles, and so much more. Most of all, I loved growing some friendships across the country (even the world) who share the same love of fitness education as I do. In addition, it was an honor to sit on the lunch industry panel with a few other inspiring individuals to share some insight into what I do each and every day. Already looking forward to what is next for future Fit Pro Programming education. ✨ PS - enjoy the struggle (and laughs) of what goes on BTS making content and videos

Today is #worldcircusday and it seems fitting that The Fireball had her last aerial acrobatics competition of the season today. I am so impressed with how hard she has worked this past year to get where she is. She is a kind and caring friend who includes others, she tries hard things even when she’s frustrated, she added extra rehearsals to practice more, she worked with new coaches to broaden her perspectives, she stretched, she identified emotions in herself and others, she took feedback from judges and coaches even when it was hard to accept. She’s proud of herself for scoring first in her category at @deleoncirquefest , second in her category at @thevivafest , and third in her category at @oregonaerialfest but I am proud of her for ALL the growth she has made, not just the medals she won. Congratulations Sweet Face, you are “majestically magical” and I am still captivated by every run through of your routine. • Photos 1&2 at De Leon CriqueFest by @vanhattenphoto Photos 3,4,5,6 at The Viva Fest by @robriingenphotography Photos 7,8 at Oregon Aerial Fest by me Training by @cirquetumblecheer

Was able to spend a quick 2 days after convention with friends and family. Crammed as much in as I could fit in! Even seeing my niece star in her HS play 🧜‍♀️ There’s something so special to be with people that have known me for a long time. 💕 My heart is full. Now back to my babies and praying the storm has passed for a smooth flight.
