Thank you @amai.ig for the lovely convention, I had so much fun! Tbh I wasn’t sure whether I cosplayed fem Caleb or mc so I just let those who recognized the uniform decide for me while I just nodded and agreed and let me tell you IT WORKS (wayyyy better than I thought too) Animatsuri this year is definitely one of the better cons I went to!! Thank you to *all* my amazing friends (honorable mentions: @netos.cos , @rimiscos ) for being a source of inspiration for me and being the wonderful people that you are. Love you all soso much and stay turned for more of this cosplay cuz I’m obsessed with it ;) 10-4 Captain Caleb out.

P.s the tags aren’t working properly, sorry if you’re not tagged!

Possibly, probably one of the BEST nights of my life
How do I even start talking about yesterday?
Yesterday me and a couple of friends hosted the first ever cosplay cabaret/burlesque type event in our country.

I was always so intrigued by any video that I saw of cosplayers doing these types of performances and I was completely devastated that I could not be there irl in that crowd or even on that stage, and yesterday I, we, did something about it.
On our (sold out!!!) stage we had cosplayers, drag queens and dancers all coming together and the absolute raw passion and talent in every single number absolutly rises regions above anything a standard skit competition could ever hope to be for me.
It was also my first time hosting a competition and I truly surprised myself:))

Our seasoned judges told us that this was the hardest time picking a winner they ever had.
We got so many compliments from our guests.
I don't want to sound like a broken record but I am really so so thankful for the overwhelming support and thank you so much to everyone who came to watch the show and party with us!
Of course, this is not the end or a one time thing- the show must go on....
