not baked for a few weeks but saw a reel by @our_cookingjourney and really wanted to try making this Torta Di Mele with homegrown apples and the incredible vanilla from @vanillabazaar I also reduced the sugar and added delicious cherry honey from @louisas_honey and finished with edible petals from @pollyspetalsuk
This actually looked like you had just lifted it out of Francesco’s book and is so light and fluffy to eat. Being able to use homegrown produce is something I really enjoy doing.
This bake 10/10 amazing 🤩

It was one of those perfect days ❤️🇮🇹…

Being with my Louisa’s Honey family at Festival Italia, Brands Hatch @brandshatchofficial, was such a joy. A heartfelt thank you to our brilliant Louisa @louisas_honey, Simon and Peter @peter.foster.378 for bringing us all together and creating such a fantastic day with Thermomix @thermomixukandireland 🥂🏎️🇮🇹!

I had SO much fun cooking alongside my MasterChef friends James @silverfoxcooks, Forest @forestkwok and Yemi @yummy_bydesign, and it was such a pleasure to meet Emma @emma.inthemix from Thermomix in person. There was plenty of cooking and plenty of laughter 😂👩‍🍳❤️!

We were completely spoiled with the most beautiful ingredients and products for our demos from:

✨ Amazing Grace Bakery @amazinggracebakery
✨ Back 2 Roots @back2roots.uk
✨ Louisa’s Honey @louisashoney
✨ Sant Elia @santeliaoliveoil
✨ Thermomix @thermomixukandireland
✨ Vanilla Bazaar @vanillabazaar

Check out what we made 😍🍴! Please do give these wonderful companies a look. Their products are absolutely fantastic!

A huge thank you to fabulous Chef John Paul @chef_john_paul_alberti for hosting and making the demos so much fun! I’m sorry I was quite so bossy 😂👩‍🍳.

A special thank you to Adeline @yummerlicious_ for capturing the day so brilliantly on film, and to David for these gorgeous photographs. The smiles really do say it all 🥰📸!

It was so lovely to meet new friends and catch up with old ones. Thank you, dearest Aggie @misosurupu_kaczor, Oli @oli.daly and Vanessa @setthetable.food, for coming to support us. And Rosa @ticvr… I absolutely LOVE getting up to mischief with you 😜❤️.

So much laughter. So much love. Incredible food, wonderful people and memories I will treasure for a very long time.

It would have been even more special if our darling Tony @mrcameraman could have been there. We missed and love you VERY much ❤️!

What a team. What a day. What memories 🇮🇹👩‍🍳❤️🏎️!
