When @vanillariela first walked through that garage door, she didn’t feel strong & capable. Her confidence was buried under “I can’t”. She had trouble with a hip hinge & would get so frustrated, almost to tears. But this lady is not a quitter. She works hard. And now she is doing a 125 lb rack pull! Unthinkable to her when I first met her. Lesson: #havepatience #believeinyourself #itsoktostruggle #nevergiveup Way to go Ash! You are a StrongGirl. 💪🏻 #stronggirlrevolution #strongwomenlifteachotherup #womenwholiftweights #womenwholiftheavy #strongwomen #fitnessmotivation #garagegym #womanownedbusiness #njpersonaltrainer #marltonpersonaltraining #personaltraining #marltonnj #mtlaurelnj #medfordnj #moorestownnj #cherryhillnj #voorheesnj #berlinnj

Ashley is a big Broadway fan. She had been keeping up with any news on Broadway actor Nick Cordero after he went into the hospital with Covid-19. I woke up this morning to a text from Ash saying Nick had passed. 😢 She said she wanted to workout hard at our session & jump rope in memory of Nick. Ashley kicked ass during her session today, followed by some jump roping. 💪🏻 She also did the entire workout wearing her mask to show that it’s not so hard to wear a mask. 😷 #ripnickcordero #wearyourmask😷 #effcoronavirus
