Just found this video again and I just felt the need to share…. lately life has been so fricking busy, hectic, chaotic and just overall overwhelming. Still dance is carrying me through and brings me back EVERY TIME. And sometimes you know it’s not even moving my body it’s watching back these bliss moments when I FINALLY managed to dance with my sister @vanssmarques ❤️‍🩹

Sometimes I FORGET what brings me joy and nurtures me and then I have to remind myself. And I kid you not most of my favourites in my gallery are unpublished videos like these 🥲

Gonna try and share more of these moments now ♥️

Have a great evening y‘all hope you are doing well!

Vee 💕

This year was definitely different. More difficult, with many more hurdles to overcome.
More exhausting, as it sometimes took a lot of energy, but you kept going.

If there's one thing I've learned this year, it's to be mindful of myself, to be aware of myself and to take time out when I need to.
I was also able to enjoy moments much better and new things that I discovered felt much better than before.

2024 was also a year full of workshops. Stuttgart, Amsterdam, Bern, Zurich, Munich and Berlin were all locations where people came to learn from me. It's still like a dream come true for me, and I know that 2025 has even more in store for me.

But none of this would have happened if I didn't have this community. That not only grows with you as a dancer, but also as a person. You've stood by me so much over the last few months, talked to me, gave me tips, washed my head hahaha. But you were there and that's what counts. Thank you. ❤️

The photos are moments with the people I've enjoyed the most this year.

2025?
I don't care how difficult you get, I don't care how hard it's going to be, but this time I'm not going to let it get to me!

2 girlies with the same thought❤️‍🔥 #bunkersdelcarmel

Vanessa | Fun fact: on our last day in BCN we both decided to go check the bunkers by ourselves. After filming some content I decided to check the rest of the place that’s when I saw a girl adjusting her tripod and was like “I’m pretty sure she’s a shuffler”. And guess what she was 🤟🏽 we started talking and decided to create something together. It’s so awesome how sometimes things just simply align 🙌🏽 Love you babe and can’t wait to see you again in September 🖤

Maike | On my last day in Barcelona I really wanted to check out Bunkers and decided to just go there for myself. But the coolest thing was that I went alone but left this place with a lot of new friends🥹 It just showed again how great our shuffle community is and that no matter where you are you just connect through the passion of shuffling. We created this little combo and had so much fun & it was so effortless! I totally love it and am so happy that we found each other. I look forward to seeing you again soon in Berlin girl❤️
