Dear lacrosse thank you for being more then a sport. Thanks you for being a way to express my feelings from countless hours of wall ball when stressed too playing my feelings out on the field. You tought me love can be for things that aren’t even living. From the first time I stepped onto the field I fell in love with you. It was the first time I could say I was obsessed with something. You gave me a purpose when I needed it the most. Football was failing me and I felt like I was failing everyone cause of it. But then you gave me a chance. And because of that chance I met some of the greatest people I know today. That chance gave me d2 offers and chances to continue my game. But in respect to my health and education it’s best I don’t continue through you. It hurts me to say it but I can’t play anymore. I’m not just quiting a sport but cutting out a piece of me that’s been so influential the last three years.this season may have not been what I wish it would have been but it was worth it. I wish I have more time with you . Thank you lacrosse for making me who I am. I wish we met sooner….4/4

These past 4 years have been nothing but a blessing. Thank you for your time, dedication, and love for this team. These 9 seniors have been one of the most hard-working and inspirational groups. They’ve helped shape this program into something so special.
