Back in August, I said the best turns are made in the summer.

But what if you didn’t start then?

Don’t worry - the best time to start is always now.

Don’t beat yourself up. Don’t overthink it. Don’t negotiate with yourself.

Just start.

At 57, staying fit is about a lot more than skiing. It’s about quality of life, staying strong, capable - getting as much out of life as I possibly can. But if skiing is something you love, being fit is essential.

Ski season is almost here. I still have a few spots available in my upcoming camps this winter.

Come ski with me.

It's been quite the journey bringing this one to life.

The film changed shape more times than I can count, making it challenged me in so many ways. And there was even a point along the way when we weren't sure if it was going to happen at all anymore.

But it did 🔮✨️

And looking back at it now, I'm so grateful for the chance to experience Japan not just as a destination but to actually become part of the Hakuba Ski Concierge family for the season, with my whole little family by my side 😎🏔

A huge thank you to everyone who played a part in it, who shared the stoke and said yes to coming out for the filming days 😆 And Nadine, thank you so much for trusting me with your story and for letting us become part of your world. I hope you love our film as much as I do 🩵

So damn proud of the Fluid Pictures team for this one 🫶📽

And now the film continues its journey. It's been submitted to film festivals around North America, the UK and soon Japan. We can't wait to finally share it with the world.

For now, here's a little sneak peek...

Day four at Valle Nevado brought perfect winter conditions providing the campers an opportunity to get out their skinny skis and play with carving.

It’s absolutely surreal to be enveloped in the feelings of winter in the heart of the northern hemisphere summer.
