Internship complete! Thank you @provencepoiriers and @chefstevecarss for such an amazing experience! I’ve learned and grown so much over the past few months, both in and out of the kitchen. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to learn new techniques, gain experience, meet wonderful people, and explore the south of France. This has been such a valuable experience, and I’m excited to take everything I’ve learned with me into whatever comes next!

An abundant garden, made for a moment that would become a memory.

Behind the creation of Maggie & Derek’s wedding at Le Mas des Poiriers, our team brought together flowers in pastel blue, lilac and cream with textural foliage, creating arrangements that felt naturally at home in the gardens.

The art was in the balance - where to build abundance, where to leave air, and how to frame the moment they said “I do”.

A family connection that began with flowers for their London home, carried into a new chapter.

Celebrating @maggievarvel and Derek at @provencepoirers was a French country garden wedding dream come true!!! The ceremony under the cypress trees, dinner surrounded by flowers, dancing, and cake…it was a perfect Provence evening 🌸🍐

The florals by @neilstrand were pure magic, the event design by @matthewrobbinsdesign was stunning, and our very own Starling @meganlombardi was the MUA for the beautiful bride!

My dream aisle for our ceremony

For years, I pictured walking down the Cyprus alley on my wedding day, but seeing @derekgvincent waiting for me at the end was better than I ever could’ve imagined. The stunning florals made a place I already loved feel even more special

OTM Wedding (On Film) 💍🎞️ OTM Bride @maggievarvel and @derekgvincent married at Le Mas des Poiriers, Maggie’s family home in Provence. As the youngest girl of five children—and the first sibling to marry at Le Mas—the setting made the weekend especially personal.

The same could be said of the team behind the wedding. OTM Directory Planners Matthew Robbins and Luis Otoya of @matthewrobbinsdesign have designed celebrations at the property for years and have since bought a home nearby themselves.

Florals came from Neill Strain, whose relationship with the Varvel family began years ago with the flowers for their London home and grew into a lasting friendship.
