A love letter to women 🤍

At Par Amour, we believe that caring for women starts with listening — to our bodies, our needs, and the moments when we need a little care ourselves.

Delicious food made with seasonal ingredients, time to rest, and a warm cup of tea enjoyed slowly. Small, everyday ways to give ourselves the attention we so often give to others.

This is what brings Par Amour and @grechka_supergrain together: a love of simple, quality, seasonal ingredients and the belief that looking after yourself should feel good.

Buckwheat brings fibre, plant protein and minerals to the plate — a simple, nourishing addition to a varied diet. And naturally caffeine-free buckwheat tea offers a warm little ritual to pause and enjoy.

This September, Gréchka will join us in the English countryside. Buckwheat will feature on our retreat menu, and each guest will receive buckwheat tea to take a little of that care home.

Our love letter to women — written in the little things.

Par Amour × Gréchka 🤍

—

Par Amour × Gréchka 🤍

Not all buckwheat is the same and that’s exactly why some people struggle to cook it.

If you’ve tried it before and didn’t enjoy it,
you probably just had the wrong type.

At Grechka, we focus on parboiled buckwheat. It is clean, organic, easy to cook, and genuinely delicious 🤎
