No retaining wall or drainage on the hillside of the pool. And whatever drains are there are clogged and backfilling probably flowing into the pool. Plaster has been damaged as a result. Concrete sealant in half the pool and mastic in the other. Suction and return line leaks were present. Redo some excessive plumbing to a simpler design. Clean out equipment area and raise up on blocks to get out of water and mud.
