I’m Hanan… I was injured, suffered so much, and I’m still waiting for treatment. 💔

We live in a tent and struggle every day for food and basic needs.
Please don’t just watch. I need your help and support. Your donation can help me get the treatment I desperately need. 🙏🏻🤍

Winter has arrived… and with it, a new fear we don't know how to face. 💔🌧️

Today, the rain poured down, and our tattered tent was no match for us. Water leaked inside, and we were drenched, not knowing what to do. We tried to salvage what we could, but we have nowhere else to go, and we don't have the money to buy a tent to protect us from the rain and cold.

I implore you from the bottom of my heart: don't leave us alone this winter.

I need your help to buy a new tent and tarpaulins for my family so we can protect our children and get through the coming days with shelter and safety.

Your contribution may seem small to you, but for us, it could mean a dry place, a safer night, and a family protected from the cold and rain. 🥺❤️

🙏 Please help me in any way you can. If you can't donate, please share my post so it might reach someone who can help us.

So lucky I get to go through life with Anel by side 😘❤️

Our only vacation together this year because life has been "lifing" let's just say 🤪 being first time home owners while building our careers has kept us very busy. We thank God for our life together and can't wait to see what lies ahead on our path! Almost 3 years since we moved in our first home together 🥹🏡

Here's to more vacations, your love/life partner also being your best friend, making the most out of everyday moments and memories, and to being a girlie girl who gets whatever she wants 🤭

They say "a picture is worth a thousand words," but this picture's pain is indescribable.

Behind us was our home.

There was our bed where we used to stay up all night, our kitchen whose aroma filled the whole street, and a window from which we used to watch the world.

Today, the background is rubble.
In front of the rubble are us... my wife and I.
Smiling? Yes, we're smiling.
Not because we've forgotten, but because if we stop smiling... the pain will consume us.

We're not begging. We're asking for a chance.
A chance to rebuild a life that was shattered.
Any donation, no matter how small, is a brick in our new home.

Help us, don't abandon us. You are our only hope.

Gori srce jarani, gori srce 🥲 (my hearts on fire lol we Bosnians are dramatic 😂)

I feel good and happy and refreshed, Alhamdulilah for everything. I felt very lucky and fortunate to have been able to visit Bosnia this year with my mom. I just wish Anel was able to join us but next time, God Willing!

I'm sad I'm no longer there but I'm happy to be back home to my other home in St. Louis ⚜️❤️

This isn't just another day in my life… this is a day of displacement and pain.

I wake up to fear, I go to sleep to the sound of shelling, and I spend my days searching for water and food, trying to provide my family with the simplest things that should be available to everyone.

We were displaced, we left our home and our memories, carrying what we could… but we couldn't carry safety with us.

Hunger has worn down our bodies, thirst has exhausted our souls, and fear has stolen the joy of life from us.

Yet, every morning I open my eyes and say: I must stay strong for my family and my child.

I'm not filming this video to tell you about an ordinary day… I'm filming a part of the life of a person worn down by war, but who still clings to hope.

This is my story… this is my day… this is the pain I live with every day. 💔

Today is my birthday… but I don't feel there's anything to celebrate.

Another year has passed, and the war continues to leave its mark on every corner of our lives. Memories of the home we lost, days filled with fear, and dreams postponed—all of this makes this birthday unlike any I've ever known.

After months of war, bombing, hunger, and fear, and after days when I thought all hope had vanished... God blessed me with the most precious gift of my life.

Welcome, Ryan, my first child. 💙

You came into this world at a time that was far from easy for us. While many were welcoming their children into warm homes, we welcomed you with fear in our hearts, trying to provide you with the most basic necessities of life.

Despite everything we've been through, the moment we first saw you was enough to ease some of our pain and give us a new reason to hold on to life and keep going.

But the painful truth is that our journey isn't over yet. We still face harsh conditions, trying to secure milk, diapers, and the basic needs of our newborn, amidst war and deprivation.

If you can help us, or even just share our story with others, you will give Ryan a better start in life.

Thank you to everyone who stood by us, prayed for us, and helped bring a smile to our family's face.

Welcome to the world, Ryan... and I pray that your life will be much more beautiful than the beginning you were born into. 🤍

I smile... not because life has become beautiful, but because I'm tired of people seeing my tears every time.

This smile hides long nights of fear, hunger, loss, and waiting. Behind it lies a tent that has become our home after we had a house, dreams postponed, and a heart trying to stay strong for its family.

If you see me smiling, don't assume I'm okay... some smiles are the only way we resist breaking down.

And if you can lend a hand or share my story, it could make a real difference in my family's lives.
