Hi
Im a bit nervous on how I will fit into this role of Class Experience Lead @lifetime.riverside , but I'm Excited to help lead this fitness club through fresh eyes and an energized spirit.

From GTX, Alpha, Pilates, CTR, Yoga, Barre and more, I have gotten the opportunity to experience all forms of fitness with fun, energetic and knowledgable certified instructors who go above and beyond. Some who've become friends.

Whether its Strength, Stability, Stamina or Stretch, I see members branching out as well, and that's one of the greatest gems of our club. I call it FYF...
* FIND YOUR FLOW.*

My goal is to encourage our growth, build community with amazing instructors and members, and to lead with excellence, understanding, empathy and knowledge, providing an Excellent overall wellness experience @lifetime.life

Thank you @coreybrueck_ifbbpro for trusting in me and to all the instructors that help build this community.

Want a day/guest pass? Dont hesitate to Message me. (New members only)
