Building a small “blue corner” in my collection has been such a fun journey. Different brands and different shades but all sharing that same cool character on the wrist. As someone who spends a lot of time shooting watches, dial color plays a huge role in how a watch speaks in pictures, and blue rarely disappoints.

Super happy that my new watch box from @tawbury.official arrived just in time to give these blue pieces a proper home. Storage is underrated, but it’s part of the collecting experience too. It is a protection and presentation in one package.

My 2026 resolution is clear: to slowly add more gold watches into my collection!

Yes, I know gold is not everyone’s cup of tea. It’s bold, it stands out, and it definitely doesn’t try to hide on the wrist. However for me, that’s exactly the charm. I’ve always had this little superstition that gold brings good fortune, good energy, and good things along the way. Maybe it’s just in my head, but hey, if it looks good and feels good, why not?

Of course, the problem is obvious, gold watches from big brands cost a fortune! So instead of stressing over new releases, I’m going on a little hunt for vintage gold pieces. Timeless design, character and history, and hopefully a more reasonable price tag.

Let’s see how this mission goes. The gold era officially starts now 🔥
