Leg day is a completely different level of brutal, but building a powerful foundation is non-negotiable.

It’s important to know that your lower body is the literal engine that carries you through everything, from pulling heavy weight off the floor to staying standing through endless hours on the wards.

Training legs is exhausting, humbling, and physically demanding, but the strength and stability you gain make every grueling rep worth it.

Here is the exact lower body session that completely emptied the tank:

1️⃣ Pendulum Squat – Deep range of motion, pure quad isolation, and absolute torture.
2️⃣ Hip Thrusts – The ultimate glute builder for raw power and hip extension.
3️⃣ RDLs – Slow, controlled hamstring stretch for deep posterior chain strength.
4️⃣ Leg Press – Moving heavy volume to completely burn out the legs.
5️⃣ Abductor & Adductor Machines – Hitting the inner and outer stabilizers for complete, bulletproof leg development.

Which leg day exercise do you have a toxic love/hate relationship with? (For me, it’s the hip thrust 💀). Drop yours in the comments!

All good things take time 😅🤍

I go through different cutting and bulking phases throughout the year, each one intentionally aligned with my physique goals for that season. Falling in love with every phase **not just the “aesthetic” ones** is part of the journey ✨
