“Been at it, still at it” #iykyk @lark702

As I come closer to becoming a #mastertrainer there is a respect that the title demands!

Sure, you can be a coach or a trainer that’s not even certified whatever who cares it’s just a piece of paper, right?

I have 16 years of #formal #education I’m extremely proud of that and I will not apologize!

The certifications don’t necessarily reflect my expertise, but they do reflect my experience!

I have did the expos, I have did the demos, I have represented large companies, I have paid my dues, I have mastered my craft!

I have rewritten the narrative! I’m not trying to be a coach! I am a #coach

I’m not trying to be a nutritionist I am a nutritionist.

I am not trying to become a subject matter expert. I am a subject matter expert in all things related to the Fitness field and all things Nutrition related!

When I discharged from the military in 2012 I moved to Las Vegas Nevada in hopes of becoming a pro
Body Builder! Needless to say that dream never came true lol…

But in that pursuit, and on that journey, I met so many great people and was able to experience so many amazing things.

I started my own personal training company
Aspire Sports Nutrition in 2013 and I still currently run it! I also briefly worked at golds gym right when it transitioned to EOS as a personal trainer!

I worked for the Bellagio, I worked at the MGM Grand as a supervisor, I worked at LVAC as their assistant manager for three years, I was the nutritional health coach at Natural Grocers for two years,
lastly, I was a general manager at Vegas discount Nutrition for 10 years!

Not to mention during all of that, I worked for the
US marshals for two years as a correctional officer!

So what does my education and tenure really say?

That I know what the fuck I’m doing!

I am good at it, I am passionate about it, and I will never come at anybody with that low effort bullshit can’t even text you back crap!

I have diligently perfected my craft over the past 16 years! I am Chuck Douglas Fit!

This package meant so much more to me than just receiving products. 🥹🩷

I met @s.h.e.l.l.y_n.i.c.h.o.l.s at the @vdnsuperstores Olympia Extravaganza, where I had the chance to share some of my story with her, show her where I started, and talk about being 175 pounds down and still working toward my goals.

That same day, I also got to film a short clip with @richgaspari and ask him for his advice for people getting into fitness and bodybuilding. 💪🏼

Shelly offered to send me some Gaspari Nutrition products, and I really want to emphasize this:

She did not have to do this!

When I opened the package, I could tell how much care she put into preparing it. 🥹

Shelly, seriously, THANK YOU. For listening to my story, thinking of me afterward, and putting this together with such care. I don't take gestures like this for granted. 🩷

And thank you @gaspari for being part of another special moment in my journey.

Would I love to one day earn the opportunity to represent Gaspari Nutrition as an athlete? Absolutely. 💪🏼🔥

Until then, I'll keep doing what got me here:

Showing up. Putting in the work. And becoming. 🩷

Products were gifted.

🅾️lympia Day 2 & 3

By far the busiest weekend of the year, with the best team possible.

Every year when Olympia comes around, it’s not the expo itself that gets me excited—it’s the people who make me look forward to it every year.

It’s seeing the familiar faces, reconnecting with old friends, and meeting new ones along the way.

I wouldn’t trade this life for anything else.

Life moves crazy fast. These moments only last for a quick second, but the memories will last a lifetime.

Grateful for every moment, every person, and every opportunity.

Special thank you to @yiannibravo @d_vella & @rawnutrition for all your guidance, support, and hard work throughout the whole event. Appreciate you guys for always having me out during these events. Always my pookies 💙

I already feel taller!” 😂🙌

Had such a great time working with @sarasaffari__ on a quick posture reset! She was such a good sport, had us laughing, and was an absolute pleasure to collaborate with.

We worked on opening up the chest and activating the upper-back muscles to help improve posture and alignment.

Big thank you to @vdnsuperstores for putting this collaboration together! 🙏
