The way we love and let ourselves be loved reveals, often unknowingly, how much we value ourselves. We devalue ourselves quietly accepting less,
staying where our energy is making ourselves smaller to keep someone close. Until one day
we feel our own worth. We embrace who we are: how we love, how we feel, how we exist. And what is valuable can finally find us. When what drains us falls away, what remains is ourselves-seen differently. We no longer shut love out for fear of losing ourselves.
We let it draw near.
We let ourselves be seen, and receive.Love meets us there, valuing us
as we value it. Being chosen
makes it easier to choose.
Being valued
makes it easier to give.
Being loved
makes it easier to love
Without bargaining, proving, or holding our breath.
It becomes a flow-not an exchange of I give, you give, but something beyond exchange:an energy moving between two people
at its own beautiful pace. Value into value. Love into love. A source of possibility: openness, vulnerability, ease. Gratitude gathers and lifts both People, deeper in worth and wider in growth. The kind of love that doesn’t consume but gives you room: to breath, to dream, to become. Two currents finding one another. No stop, not to possess, but to move together. You do not need to change direction, you were already going there. Because love is not a single Arrival. It is not something we possess once we found it. It is the river beneath the days, always moving, always becoming, carrying you both forward. May love keep flowing.

No game without them.

A huge thank you to all our umpires for keeping the games flowing, making the tough calls and being such an important part of the tournament.

Long days, lots of matches and plenty of kilometres on the pitch, we appreciate every single one of you! 🏑❤️

Give our umpires some love! 👏

Between the matches, there’s always time to recharge! Whether you’re grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying a cold drink or simply catching up with teammates and friends, the bar is the perfect place to take a break and enjoy the tournament atmosphere.

Because World Masters Hockey is about more than what happens on the pitch.

Come by, grab something you like and enjoy the moment!

Every great tournament starts with a few words.

The Opening Ceremony officially welcomed players, teams and supporters to KHC Dragons for the World Masters Hockey Hockey Cup 2026. A moment to celebrate everything that brings us together: hockey, friendship, respect and a shared passion for the game.

The message was delivered. The stage was set. Time to make memories. 🏑❤️

Sometimes life reminds us to slow down… literally. 💙

I slipped and, during the fall, smashed my big toe against a metal edge. The impact caused a piece of bone to break off. Right now, that fragment needs to stay perfectly in place so it can heal properly, which means - no unnecessary movement for the next two weeks

So for now:
❌ No driving
❌ No yoga classes
❌ No fire shows
❌ No Ghent Festivities

In two weeks, my doctor will check whether the bone fragment has remained in the right position. If it has, the healing process can continue as planned. If it has shifted, recovery may take a little longer. That's why I've had to cancel everything for the moment.

As soon as I'm allowed to drive again, I'll happily return to teaching. Even if I have to teach standing on one leg, I'll be there to guide you with my voice.

For now, I'll be practicing that connection with my very bruised and swollen big toe. 😅 Thanks to my crutches, my left leg is getting stronger, while my right leg is getting very good at keeping my foot up!

Thank you all for your understanding, your patience, and your lovely messages. ❤️

I'll keep you updated as soon as I know when classes can safely resume.

Meanwhile... I'm officially on house arrest. 🩼🏡✨
