6 hours of stretching?! 😳
Yes. In one day! 😂

Whenever I tell people this, I can almost see the question on their face:
“But… what do you do for 6 hours?!”

Stretch, of course 🤭
But actually… a lot more than that.

We move.
We breathe.
We explore.
We laugh a lot 😂
We find places in the body we didn’t even know were tight.

Sometimes someone suddenly goes:
“Oh wow… my body feels so much better!” 😮

And sometimes the biggest change isn’t even something you can see.

They just notice their shoulders have dropped.
Their breathing feels easier.
Their body feels quieter.

And somehow… their mind does too.

That’s one of the things I love most about these workshops.

It’s never really been about becoming the most flexible person in the room.

It’s having a whole day to slow down, explore our bodies, learn something about ourselves, and share the experience with a group of people doing the same 💛

And strangely…
6 hours never feels like 6 hours 😂
Usually by the end, everyone is still talking, sharing, taking photos…
and somehow we end up going for dinner together 🍽️

Maybe that’s why I keep doing these workshops after all these years.
I love stretching.
But I love what happens between people even more 🥰

this song came to me during a recent therapy session ✿

the very touching revelation and realisation I had was: everything was done for me — for my survival, my growth and my highest good in mind. I’ve always been supported and loved. it was and is ⋆all⋆for⋆me⋆ even when I couldn’t see it. (hence the song).

I hope this message carries through to all who took this class and those watching this video 💖

If comparison is draining you, you’re using a powerful tool the wrong way.

Instead of shaming yourself for comparison, use it as data.
When you catch yourself comparing or feeling jealous, ask:
1. Is this actually the path I want, or does it just look good online?
2. Am I willing to show up for the work, consistency, and discomfort it takes to get there?

Your answers become a clear filter for what to pursue, and what to release. This is where intentional habits are built — not from copying someone else, but from understanding what their success is awakening in you.

In our Founder Series, we dive into @valerielui_ ‘s journey as a creator and studio founder — what drives her, what challenges her, and why she keeps rising.

Comment with a 🔍 if this reframed how you see comparison, and share one thing it’s showing you that you actually want!

Keep a look out for the next episode 👀

rewiring my habits in 2026 has looked like: more living, more books in bed, more beginner energy & the usual quiet shadow work.

making soul‑led choices that probably don’t make sense to anyone, but feel undeniably right in my body.
I can honestly say I have no idea what I’m doing and, somehow, it also feels like I very much do.

dyk, your brain is mirroring everything you see — every post, room, face becomes part of you.
it’s why I’m so intentional about what I consume and who I chose to spend my time with.

you can do this too. have a quick, honest check-in with yourself:
who do spend the most time with and how do you feel after?
what does your feed look like?
are you in the environment of the version of you you’re trying to become?

your environment is an anchor.
it either pulls you forward or holds you back.
how are you choosing to anchor?

perfection killed my joy in dance.
I spent the last few years rediscovering the “fun” again.

when you’ve done this as long as I have, it’s easy to lose your “why” and slip into autopilot.

the industry can be quite judgemental (I’ve inevitable been guilty of this too), I used to not move unless I knew I’d execute it perfectly — no exploration, no play. it was perfection or.. perfection😅 I was executing but miserable.

after taking a break from performing and touring I found my way back to my own expression and craft (instead of dancing other people’s work). I got to explore what feels authentic to me, try things I’ve always wanted to try, and finally get to play again.

it was a hard decision but I’m so proud of myself for taking a break and putting myself first.

First 2 weeks in HK passed at light speed!!! ⚡️

What I miss most when I’m away from HK is all the love and connection back here 🥹 Seeing and hugging my family, friends, students again, having deep conversations, sharing lots of laughter, and creating so many beautiful memories 🫂

Even though I’ve been busy non-stop and definitely not getting enough sleep, I still feel amazing!!! 🤩

Of course, one of the highlights was doing Hyrox with friends for the first time 😆 Fun, challenging, and with an unexpected accident too… which somehow reminded me again how strong and lucky I am 💛

That said, new projects are waiting for me, so HK - see you for now 👋🏻😎

Japan, here I come 🇯🇵

my brother @philbertlui and I shot this during covid in 2021 (as you can probably tell by my hair lol) and then completely forgot about it.. until he surprised me this year with a fully edited version as a belated bday gift.

my reaction was obviously “omg I totally forgot about this” and “wait… it looks sooo good??”
but also, the song I chose was called “blooming” and I was wearing green.

you can’t make this up —> swipe to next slide
the amount of foreshadowing going on here is actually insane. 🤯

this feels like another reminder that the universe is always creating through me, and that I really do love creating from personal experience. I think it’s the only way I know how to.

from 2021 to 2026, I remember so clearly who I was back then, where I was in life — what it took, and how much hard-ass work I put in to become who I am and get to where I am today.

I feel proud. I feel love. and I feel like I’ve definitely bloomed, and will continue to.

my bro is so talented. love you sm. please support him, and me, by watching the full version on my youtube channel. link in bio.

let’s keep blooming <3

house tour but make it “good girl gone camp.” 🤭
obsessed with how sabrina takes all those “be sweet, be modest, be a good girl” rules and turns them into a joke by playing them way too well.

very much leaned into that energy for this one – it’s satire in stilettos, and honestly I can see this in a full pin-up sailor moment ⚓️🔥

finally sharing more of these poems I wrote in september last year.

longevity is the rebellion.
this is your reminder — slow down. feel something real.
you don’t have to follow the noise to be relevant.
you just have to be human.

if this hit something in you, share it with someone who needs to slow down today 🩵
