Time for a brief introduction and background. 🤍

My name is Allison. First and foremost, I am a mother of three incredible humans. Being a mother and raising kind, well-rounded individuals is of of utmost importance to me. Aside from being a mother, my passions include: beauty, style (not fashion, there’s a difference), and wellness.

My love for wellness stems from a 14-year nursing career, in which I’ve witnessed many preventable illnesses and deaths. It is now said that up to 80% of chronic illnesses can be prevented by lifestyle changes, and simple changes at that. These simple changes include: getting proper sleep, adequate hydration, and optimal amounts of vitamins/ minerals into your body.

Wellness does not have to be complicated, especially with a mobile wellness business like @vedahydration that is readily available to come to you.

Starting next week, I will be opening up my schedule and will be available to help you with whatever wellness needs you’re looking to address. At @vedahydration we have many, many options/solutions to offer.

Stay tuned for my upcoming availability, and in the meantime, message me directly for any questions you may have. ✨
