Comfort meal for my favorite time of the year! 🍂🥘

Meatless Cabbage for me 💚 & Dirty Cabbage for the gang!

🥬 Ingredients

* 1 head of cabbage
* Purple onion
* Yellow onion
* Fresh broccoli
* Mixed bell peppers
* Minced garlic
* Tony Chachere’s
* Complete Seasoning
* Grapeseed oil
* Jasmine rice

For the Dirty Cabbage:

* Grass fed ground beef
* Shrimp 🍤

👩🏽‍🍳 How I Made It

1. Add grapeseed oil to a large pan.
2. Add chopped cabbage and let it cook down.
3. In a separate pan, sauté the bell peppers, purple onion, yellow onion, broccoli, and minced garlic.
4. Once the veggies are tender, add them to the cabbage.
5. Season to taste with Tony Chachere’s and Complete Seasoning.
6. For the dirty cabbage, add cooked grass-fed ground beef and shrimp.
7. Serve over fluffy jasmine rice. 🍚🔥

One pot of comfort, two ways! 🤤
Meatless for me. Dirty for the gang. Everybody wins! 💚🔥
