💥🧡HUGE MILESTONE ALERT🧡💥
My OTF Studio #500 @otfcdm ... Studio #500 💥
OTF Coach #682 @kevinamini
Great class with Coach (another) Kevin on the mic 🎤 for this packed 3G class 💥
🧡🧡🧡 watching as Kevin was keeping everyone on track for the tread & rower all while helping peeps on the floor with their form👏👏👏
Of course, thank you for the Great ShoutOut at the end, during the stretching 😊
🔥1100+ calories and 22 Splats 💥🧡
Smaller but beautiful kind of LShaped studio with 13 stations new Treads & rower tablets
I've been planning this for over a year now, knowing I'd want to visit Studio #500 for my 500th different OTF Studio 💥
🧡🧡🧡 planning things like this, since I like doing things by dates & #s, and thank you to everyone who helped make this an Awesome Studio Visit... from Paul R, Marc T (met yesterday) + @pegah.tok & @izabella_soleil working the desk to All the members that were incredibly nice 🥰
Great working out next to Emma who Crushed It 💥
She was running faster than I was, but I did match the final 30s AO. She was great on the rower and even matched me at 202m for one of 150m rows. She wouldn't try the 70 lbs for the sumo deadlift though 😀
Great meet &, thank you for showing up to 🔥 together this morning @veganrobfitness ... sorry I cant take your class tomorrow, but I'll be back as there are still many, many more studios in the area for me to visit 😎
Of course, extra ShoutOut to my wonderful wfe @jillhalb for her AMAZING Cookies 💥💥💥

JUNE STAFF OF THE MONTH GOES TO COACH ROB 🧡
Coach Rob has been an active OTFer for over 8yrs; a little over a year as OTF Coach. We 🫶🏼 you Rob!

Here are some motivating words from Coach Rob.

“The daily challenge, community and science backed results. Nothing like completing an OTF workout.
My favorite memory at OTF was when Randy handed me the mic pack… I was a deer in headlights and I quickly was humbled on how much work goes into coaching a class. Ever since that day, I’ve made a commitment to absorb all the things I’ve learned and liked from all the coaches I’ve had the pleasure to meet and put my own personal touch on it.
Would you recommend OTF to friends and family? Hell Yeah! Anyone who knows me will tell you that I truly believe in OTF. If you push yourself in studio and make smart lifestyle outside you will see and feel the results.
Lead by example, to keep pushing myself and remind myself where it all started…back to the first day I took an OTF class back in 2016, I was over 70lbs overweight. I trusted my coaches, staff and community. Now, I am helping others change their lives and achieve their goals. 🥹”
