It's called @vinefoodclub so of course I had to get straight down...

It stands for Vital Intentional Nutrition everyday...LOVEE their ethos 🥰
I went for lunch so I fancied a build my own bowl from their welcoming selection of vegan dishes!
I chose the 3 that I fancied most👇

1️⃣Cashew Kale Caesar
Now I've never had a Caesar salad in my life before this but now I can understand the hype...I've clearly been missing out🙊
Crackin crunchy Cashews with a divine dressing covering the spinach made this absolutely slap (I was pretty happy it was spinach rather than raw kale too as I much prefer it).

2️⃣Sheet tray carrots which were so sweet & succulent roasted in agave! I have never tasted carrots as indulgent in my life, they were something else🤤

3️⃣Beautiful Broccoli that still had a good bite to it cooked to tender crisp & had a stunning sweetness to them too.

4️⃣For my protein, I had 3 golden balls of the most flawless Falafel you could ever imagine-
Crispy on the outside while being soft & flavourful inside.

Perfect balance between the mostly hot & cold elements with such an impressive variety of flavours & textures too🎉
The whole thing together was just magic ✨
Finally, I got their Cashew Caesar sauce on the side😋
Everything is prepared fresh & consistently throughout the day meaning you're not eating anything that's been made days ago🙌

I have to say I feel the price point of £14 is 100% justified given the exceptionally generous portion here making it extremely filling which I personally seriously appreciate🙌
This place felt proper luxurious - real fine dining restaurant vibes to me. It has a real romantic energy about so would definitely suit a healthy date night spot that's still damn delish😛
They are SO much more than a soggy salad spot😅

What is Sambal?

We get asked this a lot. The easiest way to explain it is to say, think of it a little like ketchup… something you reach for to add flavour to a meal. But sambal is a little more than that.

Sambal originated in Indonesia and is now enjoyed across Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia and Malaysia, Brunei, and Singapore. And there isn’t just one kind. Sambal changes from place to place, shaped by the ingredients available, local tastes and the dishes it is served with.

There is sambal belacan, sambal hijau, sambal gopek and many more. Some are made with shrimp paste, anchovies or other seafood, while others are entirely plant-based. Each has its own character.

This is where our sambals come in.

Our @indahhousekuching vegan sambals are not simply a blend of chillies. We build them around ingredients that are deeply rooted in Southeast Asian cooking, giving each sambal its own character and flavour.

Our Sambal Kantan brings floral, citrusy notes from bunga kantan. Sambal Serai combines fresh lemongrass and galangal for fragrance and gentle heat, while tomato brings a lighter, brighter chilli flavour.

It's 30 degrees but it's still stew season ALL YEAR ROUND right?!😅
When in Albufeira, @thehouseofstews is a MUST visit!🎉

Starter - mushrooms in garlic, herbs & olive oil with the freshest warm bread. This was so flavourful but since I've so mush room for mushrooms, this was genuinely my idea of a perfect starter😋

If you know me, you'll know stew is my FAVOURITE food🤤
I had had this on my last trip to Albufeira in here so couldn't pass up a chance to be reunited😏
A vegetable stew cooked in Port wine & Fine Algarvian herbs, PACKED full of chickpeas, carrots, peppers, tomatoes & courgette chunks. 2 roasted carrots placed on top to finish the masterpiece off 🥹
Comes with proper roasted potatoes & caramelised sliced onion that were just flawless👌
And another casket of fresh bread to mop up all the flavourful juices with!🥖
A truly sensational stew & I seriously appreciate the addition of the chickpeas for our protein🥰
Recipe of it is 1 of the owners grandmothers-how sweet?💞
And you will not believe how much you actually get all of this for!!?
ONLY 13 euros.!!!😮

Honestly this is a truly unmissable spot & a delightful experience everytime🥳
From the phenomenal food to the kindest staff all in a beautiful restaurant & at an exceptionally affordable price👌
I was fit to be rolled out of this place as I just can't help myself with food this irresistibly good🙊
But I was one Hella happy human 🤗
Contender for the world's most sensational stew here!🏆

I literally just walked past this corner shop and decided to give it a go because the vibe is very authentic.

Glad that they had a veggie option - even though the broth is not as flavorful as it might be with a meat based one, I still enjoyed it. Closing with an iced Vietnamese coffee was perfect 👌🏼

@pulseandpickle invited me in to see what their food community movement is all about, and the answer is that it’s magical! it’s a not-for-profit fully vegan cafe, prioritising locally sourced food and fully engaging in collaborations with the local groups that bring the community together and make us re-think food production and distribution. and apart from all the social benefit that this place provides to north London, the food is REALLY REALLY DELICIOUS, and they were fully accommodating to my gluten-free sister —normally the sandwiches are served on big fat focaccias! highly recommend if you want to support a wonderful cause and eat some tasty tasty vegan food at the same time ✨ #veganinlondon #londonvegan #veganlondon #vegansofldn #vegancafe

@communitycafeat5ps is a MAGICAL place! it’s the community cafe attached to the @lifeafterhummus community benefit society: surplus food is collected from the local supermarkets, and it’s redistributed to the local community through many methods, one of which is this all-vegan community cafe right in the heart of Kings Cross! it’s incredibly cheap (I had a small plate for £3, and cake for £3 with banana nice cream), and you can also choose to ‘pay it forward’ and donate the cost of a meal to the community. It’s also all DELICIOUS, but also high-protein and healthy, because they care about nourishing this local community with healthy, nutritious, affordable food. I cannot recommend highly enough, as a place to eat but also warm your soul! 🍛 #vegancafe #communitycafe #locallondon #londonvegan #veganlondon

These brothers were chefs for 20-30 years & it totally shines through👌

I tried their 3 fab flavours of vegan bars-

1️⃣Mint Chocolate
Refreshing mint fondant paired w/ a smooth dark chocolate ganache.
Encased in a 55% chocolate shell- rich taste,super smooth texture! A proper premium quality minty,DIVINE indulgent treat😋

2️⃣Burnt Orange Caramel
Burnt orange caramel w/ a smooth chocolate orange ganache,finished w/ a cashew nut chocolate shell.
Seriously Unbelievable🤤Orange caramel just bursts in your mouth & it's a pure taste sensation! FIRST EVER Caramel I've enjoyed in 10 years as a vegan as the majority just taste like pure sugar! This is not too sweet whatsoever much to my delight! Creamy milky chocolate w/ a strong beautiful orange caramel flavour-an exceptionally stunning citrusy treat🎉

3️⃣Lychee Gel & Raspberry Rose Ganache
Delicate lychee gel w/ a white chocolate ganache flavoured w/ raspberry & rose.
A beautiful Barbie bar pretty pink colour w/ black on one side & white on other.This had me speechless & no words could do justice to how mouthwateringly magic this is. Reminded me of a Roses Strawberry Dream but far superior. Really unique,different to flavours you'd ever get. Mind-blowing altogether & totally melts in your mouth-real WOW factor🎖️
