My Koorai ❤️

I decided to take a chance and customize my Koorai saree because I couldn’t find exactly what I had envisioned. It was definitely a risk, but @kungumum brought my vision to life perfectly. I truly wouldn’t change a single thing about it 🤍

I promise, this is the last wedding post.. for awhile 😛

Ive had many people asking for specifics about the decor and I thought maybe I should make a post about it. To explain the outcome of our vision, can only be described in one word: UNREAL ✨ @theperfectsettinginc thank you so so soo much for bringing together the most beautiful wedding decor I have ever seen (yes im biased)
To the time, attention to detail, questions, calls and changes throughout the process you have been nothing short of kind, caring and understanding. You made sure, even down to the smallest detail, everything was planned and executed exactly the way I envisioned it and I truly don’t think any other company could’ve pulled it off except for you. I remember when we first started wedding planning, there were 3 vendors that were non-negotiable (photo, video & decor) and Im so glad I was able to secure all 3 🤍

Particular Details that Ive been asked (Naphisha correct me if Im wrong):

- rather than the 16ft standard mandap, we did a 24ft Mandap (wider)
- decor was to go up until ceiling height rather than a shorter set-up
- entrance to mandap to be from the front rather than the sides (this is recommended so you’re not pushing through people to get on stage and you have your own pathway)
- mandatory: getting the huge wide bench. We were able to have 2 extra people sitting on our bench comfortably. This avoided people sitting on the floor or additional chairs on stage
- rajevans only request: to have the biggest Ganesha she could find, he was 8ft tall

The song in this reel is the exact version I used for my entrance and it wouldn’t have been as special as I imagined it if it wasnt for @hemzmusic 💯 ever since this song released, I knew this would be it for me but wanted the version to be different and unheard of. I reached out to @hemzmusic the week before the wedding and he delievered on such short notice. Even with my picky requests, he absolutely nailed the final result and made my entrance so much more memorable because of it 💓
