2022 had many high highs and low lows, but overall I truly believe I’ve grown this year more than I ever have in my whole life. Some of the experiences I have had this year are ones I could only have dreamed of having. The confidence I’ve gained in myself is unbelievable. The inner acceptance and peace I’m gradually attaining is something I never thought possible.

I’m finally beginning to understand what gratitude is after going through life for so long without it. I’m beyond thankful for everything and everyone I love who has helped along the way. I’m forever in debt to all of you and all of the connections I’ve established in my life. Every day is a new adventure, a new challenge, a new form of growth.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping me learn how to live❤️

This Friday, June 10th, will mark one who year clean of drugs and alcohol. It’s been easily one of the worst and best years of my life. One of the most difficult and rewarding. Quitting substances was the easy part. Learning to cope with life without them was the part that was near impossible.

I’ve seen so much growth in myself. I’ve learned that the most fulfilling aspects of life come with a process and with patience. I’ve learned that it’s okay to not be okay. I’ve learned the value of having people who understand and working with them so you can grow together. I’ve learned how to live❤️
