Today was a beautiful day for the @walk2conquer cancer event, raising funds for the @thepmcf . I’m very happy to have been a part of Dee’s Fellowship, walking 21km through Toronto towards a future free from the fear of cancer and honouring Ryan and Dee and so many others.

I’m grateful to have shared this experience with many lovely people, like @veittl @magenta_fiesta @stuart.heggie @liajoeveit @gerryhowlett Maria, Calvin, Sarah, Heather and Verne. I’m grateful I got to see @armkaur5 (we should have gotten a photo!) and to @kdmtrains for coming out to say hello along the way.

I’m super proud of L who walked the whole 21km (save for some key and well-earned piggyback breaks) with a commitment and mindset well beyond his years.

I’m also insanely proud of @musicwithcoffee . Not only did he individually raise over $7500 (a sparkling diamond ambassador) and build an incredible fundraising initiative in @sweetdeescoffee , but his commitment and innovation towards this whole event and its broader cause brought this whole team together. I am the most grateful that I got to share this experience at his side, and that I get to share so many others to come ❤️. Josh, you are my rainbow after the storm.

Thank you to everyone who donated and supported me and everyone else. Our team raised over $27 000! Already looking forward to more accomplishments next year.

These two. There are days when leaving Levon behind to chase my dreams and create a legacy are super hard. But I remind myself the things I do are to ensure in the future we get to define our own days and spend as much time together as we want to. And that every day I spend working on our future he spends with someone who loves him. So lucky to have so many people in our lives who give so much love to both of us and make being apart not only bearable but a privilege. Sending love and gratitude to all those who love my kid- we're so lucky to have you in our lives.

See that little blue #orb at the bottom of the picture? That little friend appeared in two of my pictures while on a team hike in #Utah. That little blue orb was a welcome and unexpected sight! The night before (scroll to see pics!) I led a meditation for our #FreedomWarriors team and was guided to ask everyone to infuse their dreams, intentions and goals into a ... yep, you guessed it, blue globe. That globe then spun off into smaller blue globes/orbs that were placed into the heart of each one of our team members. So, to see that blue orb the following day in not one but TWO different places (including in a video by @nourishcuratedwellness), was insanely magical to say the least. #trustyourpath
