ELITE MINDSET MINUTE — EP. 08
THE FINALE 🏁
ONE LAST LESSON. 🧠🏀

After the game, everyone had left… but Vyctorious stayed.

He came up to me and said:

“Coach, I hear what they’re saying… but what do I need to do to be better?”

He wasn’t focused on what he did well.
He was focused on how he could get better.

I’ll never forget another moment during a game when Vyctorious came to the sideline and asked:

“Coach, what do you need from me?”

That was Vyctorious.

He communicated.
He listened.
He was coachable.
And when we asked him to do something, he did it.

But beyond basketball, his character was always top-notch. He supported his teammates, held himself accountable, and consistently set the standard.

Vyctorious, along with his brothers, helped set a standard that goes far beyond the basketball court.

Talent may get you noticed.
But character, coachability, and your willingness to get better will separate you.

This is what the ELITE MINDSET is all about. 🏀🔥

Set the standard. Be coachable. Stay hungry. Keep getting better.

ELITE MINDSET MINUTE — EP. 07 🧠🏀
GO 100% 💯

“What would you say to your 16-year-old self, not knowing you’d be where you are today?”

GO 100%. 💯

If you believe in something and truly believe you can achieve it, go after it.

The worst thing that can happen is that you end up working a job — and there’s nothing wrong with that. That’s where many people are today.

But if you have a dream, believe in yourself, and have the opportunity to pursue it…

GO 100%. Don’t hold back. 🏀🔥

Because even if it doesn’t work out the way you hoped, you’ll still gain experience, learn from it, and know you gave it everything you had.

But what if it does work out? 👀

ELITE MINDSET MINUTE — EP. 06 🧠🏀

HIGH SCHOOL → COLLEGE

“Whatever you did in high school doesn’t matter anymore.”

You’re starting from ZERO again.

As a freshman, you’re not supposed to walk in expecting to play. You have to WORK. You have to earn your opportunity. You have to show them why you belong.

Because once you step on that college floor…

WE ALL HAVE THE SAME JERSEY.
WE ALL HAVE THE SAME 24 HOURS.

So don’t tell them who you are.

SHOW THEM.

“I’m going to show you why I am who they say I am.”

That’s the mentality. 🧠🏀🔥

EPISODE 5 — THE TRANSITION FROM MIDDLE SCHOOL TO HIGH SCHOOL 🧠 🏀

In middle school, especially as an 8th grader, you’re one of the older guys. You’re stronger, more confident, and used to being one of the players everyone looks up to.

Then you get to high school… and everything changes.

Now you’re a freshman, going up against seniors who are bigger, stronger, and more experienced.

That transition takes strength, confidence, humility, and the right mindset.

But every challenge, every setback, and every opportunity to grow helps shape you into the person and player you want to become.

Don’t be afraid to start over. Embrace the process.

EPISODE 4 — NEXT SHOT MENTALITY 🏀🧠

What happens when you start the game 0-for-3?
Or 0-for-4?

Do you think about the shots you missed… or do you focus on the next one?

In Episode 4, Vyctorius Miller talks about the importance of having a next-shot mentality.

You can’t let 0-for-4 live in your head. You have to step into that next shot with the same confidence you had with your first one.

Because you could be 0-for-4 and finish 4-for-8 — 50%.

It’s not about what just happened.
It’s about what happens next.

“You’re only as good as your next shot.”

EPISODE 3 — THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE

Most people look for motivation. Vyctorius looked at his parents. 💙

In Episode 3, Vyctorius Miller talks about the two people who had the biggest influence on him growing up — his mom and dad.

His mom, raising seven kids while constantly putting her family first. His dad, leading by example through hard work, discipline, and dedication.

He didn’t just hear the lessons; he watched them live it every day.

Work hard. Stay dedicated. Keep your head down. Keep going.

That foundation helped shape the player and person he is today. 🏀

ELITE MINDSET MINUTE 🧠🏀 | EP. 02

Self-doubt.

It’s something every athlete faces at some point.

But the most important thing is believing in yourself. “Because if you don’t believe in you, nothing else should matter.”

Vyctorius also talked about the negative thoughts that can come with self-doubt:

“Self-doubt is only real if you believe in it. If you don’t believe in those negative thoughts, they shouldn’t have any power over you.”

In Episode 02, Vyctorius Miller shares something he wishes he understood at 12 and 13 years old.

Believe in yourself.
Trust your work.
Don’t let self-doubt decide your future.

ONE OF OUR OWN CAME HOME — AND THE ENERGY WAS UNREAL. 💙🏀

From the first whistle to the final giveaway, Saturday was filled with competition, laughter, smiles, community and moments that reminded us why this program means so much.

VYCTORIUS MILLER × Shooters Elite brought young athletes, families, coaches, volunteers and community partners together for an unforgettable day of basketball, mentorship, fun and GIVING BACK.

And at the center of it all was a full-circle moment we’ll never forget.

VYCTORIUS came HOME. 🏠💙

From once wearing a Shooters Elite jersey himself — with his brothers also being part of the Shooters Elite family before and after him — to now playing at the collegiate level for Georgetown University, the connection runs deep. Saturday brought that connection full circle as VYCTORIUS returned to pour into the next generation, show these young athletes what’s possible, and show them the importance of giving back.

Our kids competed, learned, laughed, won prizes and made memories. This was bigger than basketball.

To every sponsor, donor and community partner who contributed food, drinks, prizes, giveaways and services — THANK YOU. 🙏🏽

To our coaches, volunteers, families and everyone behind the scenes — THANK YOU.

And most importantly, thank you VYCTORIUS for coming home, sharing your journey and giving back to the next generation.

This is community. This is family. This is Shooters Elite.

ONE PROGRAM. ONE FAMILY. ONE STANDARD.

If you missed this one… 👀 we’ll see you at the next one.

🚨I USED to follow false #religion & pray to Mary, to dead saints & worship idols & false gods. I WAS a #catholic for MANY years...

…but when I finally trusted Jesus Christ as Lord & Saviour the One true God...I stopped because it is AGAINST the Word of God‼️📖

I started to read the bible & know & understand the truth. I just followed what God says in the bible. 🥰 #JesusChangedMyLife #bornagainchristian (John 3:3)

I love you. God WARNS US in His Word that NO IDOLATERS will make it to heaven unless you repent now & turn to Jesus❗️ & MANY unbiblical beliefs & wrong practices of the #catholichurch is a SIN⚠️
