These boys deserve this. 🏆❤️

So incredibly proud of this team and everything they’ve put into this season. To watch them go undefeated through the entire tournament and finish as champions was so special.

As a mom, seeing AJ out there competing with his teammates makes me proud beyond words. And as Albert’s wife, getting to watch him pour his knowledge, passion, time and heart into these boys is something I never take for granted.

What I love most is that this didn’t just happen over one weekend. It’s the result of preparation, consistency, discipline, repetition and believing in the work. These boys keep showing up, learning, pushing each other and getting better together.

The trophy is amazing, but watching their confidence, friendships and love for the game grow means even more. ❤️⚾️

So proud of AJ, Albert, every player, coach and family who continues to pour into this group.

Undefeated tournament champs. 🏆🙏😍

Here’s a weeknight getting both sports in….tired but always a blast!

Control first. Power second. 💪💥

Today’s workout focused on controlled posterior-chain exercises to build strength, stability and body awareness. We then carried that control into an explosive lateral movement while resisting external force.

We finished with a heavy isometric hold to bring everything together, challenging total-body tension, positioning and stability under load.

The goal: stay strong through every position, produce force quickly and maintain control when outside pressure is applied.

Heavy weight. Slow tempo. Full control. 💪🔥

Today’s back and shoulder workout was all about slowing each movement down, maintaining tension and owning every rep. Controlling the weight through the full range of motion forces the muscles to work harder while improving stability, positioning and overall movement quality.

You don’t always need to move faster, sometimes the strongest progress comes from slowing down.
