Forget everything you know about grilled cheese…

Croissant Grilled Cheese is back at The Coffee Class as part of our fall menu drop.

Chef Michael skipped the bread entirely and built the whole thing around a croissant, layered with Swiss and Havarti and brushed with rosemary butter more than once so the flavor runs through every layer. Next to it sits a bisque made from ripe tomatoes, basil, and garlic, simmered down until it turns velvety.

Chef Michael set out to build a crispy chicken worth talking about. He landed on a process that fries the chicken in beef tallow after a buttermilk brine, then finishes it in a corn flake crust for a crunch that stays golden all the way through. It is now the signature chicken across the NEW Fall menu, only at The Coffee Class
