30 MINUTE CHALLENGE ⏰

Did this a while back as a way to train the team, challenge myself creatively, and create some dope content for the dancers. Sometimes you just have to get back to the basics and let the music lead.

Nothing like getting back in your bag with a Whitney Houston classic.

I was recently asked how many Level Up groups I’ve been on. I didn’t realize it was this many! Looking back at all these performances reminds me just how much I love being part of Level Up and how much I’ve really missed it! ❤️

A huge shout-out to @sacdancelab and all of the incredible choreographers who have given me the opportunity to keep dancing, learning, growing, and performing! So grateful for every experience, the amazing people I’ve shared the stage with, and all the wonderful friendships I’ve made along the way! 💃

I can’t wait to watch everyone perform in next weekend’s showcase (especially excited to see @jon.j.reyes and @_antoniquerayesa Level Up teams! 😊). I’m really looking forward to getting back out there next season when I’m all healed up!

During this week’s work trip to Sacramento, CA we popped into @sacdancelab 🔥 to take Fuego Hip Hop 2 with @venpacaa ——and this class did not disappoint 👀🙌🔥

First time at this studio and first class with Jorge and we were in for a fun and wild ride. I immediately knew I was in the right spot when Jorge said “when in doubt twerk it out” 😜😜. Yall know I be saying that in class ALL THE TIME 🙃🤸🤩

If you are in the area - check him out! They also have tons of other classes and I look forward to going back and trying something new ⚡️✅

NEW SEASON. STRONGER BOND. SAME GOALS. 🔶

We’ve been through the work, the pressure, the setbacks, and the growth. Now it’s time to turn everything we’ve built into results.

This season, we move as one. We push each other, believe in each other, and hold each other accountable. The goal isn’t just to compete … it’s to leave a mark.

Stronger together.

You either WIN WITH US or WATCH US WIN. 🏆
