Happy Mother’s Day! A big shoutout to my mom @verlenandsydney, who instilled in me a love of all things creative. See her rocking that 70s hair with a two-year-old me in the second pic! 😂 First, here’s a painting I did just for her featuring characters we’ve created for future childrens’ books, Sydney the giraffe and his feline friend, Winslow. 😺🦒🌳#HappyMothersDay #MomsandDaughters #70sHairDontCare #artwork #paintings #acrylicpainting #giraffes #cats #SydneytheGiraffe #WinslowtheCat

In honor of Black Cat Appreciation Day, here’s Sydney the Giraffe with his kitty companion, Winslow. Someday, these guys will appear in a series of books by @woodytutu. #giraffes #cats #illustration #artwork #painting #gouache #blackcatappreciationday #kitties #sydneythegiraffe
