California Playoffs & Showcase ⚽️

What a week out in Norco! We had the @varevolutionsoccerclub 2010s and 2009s participating in the GA playoffs, and the 2011s participating in the showcase.

To be surrounded by so much youth female soccer is always an incredible experience. I’m so proud of how all our teams fought through each game and how our goalkeepers performed. I traveled with a great group of other coaches from the club who taught me a lot in such a short time.

I also had the privilege of being on the staff for the @girlsacademyleague goalkeeper clinics throughout the week. The programming they are building for these keepers is commendable and I’m lucky to play any part I can in it. These clinics gave me the opportunity to work with some incredibly talented goalkeepers and meet some amazing coaches.

Overall this week was a great experience, from watching our Rev teams battle it out on the pitch, to building my own GK network. I can’t wait for the next GA event!

Beautiful morning to celebrate all of the STLDA U19 Girls Academy League seniors, but #9 is our favorite ❤️ So many sweet posters made by teammates, parents and younger girls in the club. It’s been a fun ride and we are so proud of you Morgan Smith. Team picked up a 2-0 win today and Morgan had an assist, which made the day even sweeter. @unipanthersoccer

That’s a wrap on a historic week at the Generation Adidas Cup!

GA Red defeated GA Blue 2-1 in today’s final to become the first-ever Girls Division Champions of the GA Cup.

We’re incredibly proud of Reece Hoffman for representing GA Blue and scoring big moments all tournament long, and Vern Croft for leading GA Red to the title as their coach!

This was a milestone event for the Girls Academy and for the game—and we’re honored to have had two of our own be a part of it.

Proud is an understatement.
