Sacred Space ☮️
A safe space to breathe deeply.
A safe space be with whatever arises.
A safe space to rest deeply.
A safe space to be right here , right now.

This has been a long time dream in the making... Creating an intimate space for people to come to for refuge and to simply be.
To be transparent and vulnerable, there have been many times throughout my jouney where I longed for a quiet, safe, and peaceful place where I could come exactly as I am, whether it’s a heavy heart , jumbled mind, feelings of joy, feelings of gratitude, feelings of doubt. The full range of the human experience.
Now I am here and ready to offer the gift of safety, reprieve, a regulated nervous system, connection, and love.
Location : My home!
Here are some pictures from my first group event.
Full moon ceremony 2025. 🐺🌕
More events to come. Private sessions available as well.

Happy Full Moon friends, what are you letting go of?
Trust your intuition, give yourself what you need to feel replenished as we start the year.
Show up for yourself so you can show up for others with a full cup.

Join me for a special full moon ceremony this Sunday at 5pm.
This will be the first full moon of 2025.
I can’t wait to guide you through some light breath work, a special guided full moon meditation, followed by a surrendering sound bath.
Location - my peaceful pad!
Space is limited - rsvp required
Donation based - give what ya can.
Can’t wait to hold space for you at my space.
Peace and love ☮️❤️
