Every Moment Is a Learning Experience! 🌱

I am happy to share a wonderful learning experience from my visit to Versatile School and Junior College pune where we had the opportunity to interact with students and conduct an engaging nutrition education session. 🥗✨

The session was designed to make nutrition learning simple, interesting, and practical for the students. We used storytelling as an interactive way to explain the importance of healthy eating and good food choices. We also conducted an activity on reading and understanding food labels, helping students learn how to identify important information on packaged foods and make healthier choices. 📖🍎🥛

It was truly heartwarming to see the students actively participate, answer questions, raise their hands with enthusiasm, and share their thoughts. Their curiosity and excitement made the session enjoyable and reminded us that nutrition education can be most effective when it is interactive, relatable, and fun.

This experience gave me an opportunity not only to share my knowledge but also to learn from the students. It helped me understand the importance of effective communication, creativity, teamwork, and connecting nutritional concepts with everyday life.

A heartfelt thank you to SNDT College of Home Science Pune and NutriDEC for providing us with such valuable opportunities to apply our academic knowledge in a real-world setting. I am especially grateful to Anuja Kinikar Ma'am, for her constant guidance, encouragement, and for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be part of the session. 💐

I am thankful to Versatile School and Junior College welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to interact with their enthusiastic student
Also big thank you of my friends Anuja Kulkarni Shamika chikhalikar to making success.
