🎬 Vertical filmmaking is becoming its own art form.

It’s not just taking a traditional film and flipping the frame.

After working with one of the largest platforms in the world, I’ve seen how vertical storytelling requires a completely different approach.

The way we frame shots, build emotion, create movement, and connect with audiences on a phone screen is changing.

The next generation of filmmakers will not just adapt to vertical. They will master it.

The future of storytelling is being created one frame at a time.

Ever wonder what it’s like to juggle multiple personalities on set? 🎭

Filming was a wild ride, from hiding as the incognito star, to unleashing the raw, natural version of herself, and even stepping into her older sister role.

The best part? The cast’s energy made every scene a new adventure.

When my scene partner took a different, more expressive route, I just rolled with it and it became even more fun!

It’s all about embracing the chaos and trusting the process. Because when you let go of control, magic happens. ✨

Verticals | the perfect mix of stage & film acting 🎭🎬 | here’s why you should care

Drop a 🔥 if you love blending both worlds! Acting was either stage or screen, but now verticals let you have both.

You’re still miked up, so no shouting needed, but you get to express big emotions, just like on stage. That combo? It’s a game changer for engaging your audience and making your performances more alive.

Think about it: more reaction, more fun, and more connection.

Ever wondered what Love Fruit Island really is?
It’s AI meets Love Island but with fruit. Yep, fruit literally the star of the show 🍍🍓.
I can’t tell if it’s genius or just bananas 🤔.
But one thing’s for sure: this tells us something about where entertainment and AI are headed. What’s your take?

Are we really working, or are we just playing? 🎬

Drop a 🎥 if you’re lucky enough to love what you do!Here’s the crazy part, making movies isn’t “work” for me. It’s play. It’s the moment on set where magic happens, and the whole team is there just to create something awesome.
That feeling of seeing your film at a festival or hearing how it moved someone, that’s the real reward. It’s why I keep doing this.

Do you ever feel like that, too?

Tag a friend who loves what they do, let’s celebrate the work that feels like play! Could this be the dream for you someday?

Maybe it’s time to chase what makes you feel alive.

Well, I’ve been saying it for almost 2 years… verticals are coming.

This Tuesday, our next podcast episode drops, Episode 5 featuring Uriah Herr, as we dive into his cinematic vertical BillionHeir’s Obsession and the rapid rise of vertical storytelling.

We’re also talking about where this space is headed: the growing expectations, the craft getting sharper, and how major Hollywood players are now stepping into the vertical arena and reshaping what’s possible.

It’s no longer a trend. It’s an evolution.
Tune in Tuesday.
