Forever grateful for my contact center team. Some days are rough, but even in the most stressful of days and the craziest situations, each and every one of you makes the job worth it. Work is the place you go to make a living, but I’m proud to say that @peoplesbankwa is also the place my coworkers have become some of the greatest people I know.

A story to listen and feel as a parent. The man in a mad character man indeed it's confirmed that he got a mental problem . This case was received in Bugiri where the mad man was found on streets living with his two children sleeping on streets and bushes ,his two children are very fine mentally and physically . The two kids really needed help though they couldn't notice it but as we received the information, despite the fact that we have little facilities to support all there necessities now and we have got many lives we are holding now that would increase the needs at our home, we couldn't also leave them to suffer on streets yet we dedicated our lives in supporting such people and therefore we took in the innetiative to and pick up the children from the man which wasn't easy that made us to collaborate with police and the probation office of the district to see how to help the children because they are not mad too and as so we got the father and children to police and later headed to hospital where we worked hard to separate the three and we left the father in mental hospital and took the children from him.
The children are now with us in our organization but we have no enough and calling up for support to help the little boys so that they can attain a better life ,health and education. Be a father or mother to the fatherless and motherless.

Today 10th of August at around 7:30pm I was in Jinja town where I had gone to get some items to use where I came across this boy called Arafat. Personally I live in Bugiri district but studying from Jinja my university level of Bachelor's degree in social works and social Administration.

This boy as I was coming out of the supermarket he came to me asking for some money for himself to use as he save the money he collects in a day for his life as he got the skin infection they are not at the moment aware of how even to treat it , as he came to me I tried to question him as I thought he is just a street boy who wants food but I was surprised that he moves everyday from home in Mayuge to Jinja which is almost 20km to come and collect some money and today things failed that he had not collected even transport and food for himself as usual .As he was still talking to me he started crying seriously where I felt so sorry to him and noticed he might be serious and then I moved with him from streets to my place because I had to bring my bought items home first as I see what to do next. After reaching home we discussed with my fellow and him as he shared a sad story of his to us that he lost his dad, mother left when he was still young to go and look for money and now he is living with grand mother who is baking chapati on streets of Mayuge at a certain restaurant. Arafat left school in Primary four in this year because children used to over laugh at him and he felt uncomfortable making him run away from school and fees was also a problem and it's age he got exhausted and decided to join streets to seek for aid to him life where we have met.

In the next post is when I reached at there place

Urgent need. Dear family
We came to unite and now we are one in all as you turned to be part of us which calls that we move together. Today we are having an emergency as when we had started our orphanage home as a living home for our needy children we had managerial numbers but now turned big and hard to manage due to some reasons, at our home we want to manage privacy between girls and boys to safeguard them from unwanted errors and in a due course we are looking forward to building two different toilets one for boys and then one for the girls then one for the main home use by even our visitors though we would like also to improve it to a modern toilet for proper use. We are now seeking for your support to build these toilets before our children come back from school by next month . kindly requesting for your support and any donation amounts matters.
