POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

@vfanshil was the first person my age I met when I came to Australia.

Both of us being from the same city, Odessa Ukraine, and living across the rd from each other in Bondi, we naturally hit it off.

35 yrs later and now living on opposite sides of the world it’s great to still have the opportunities to catch up for a coffee ☕️

You can always feel the energy with good friends.

Months and sometimes years apart, you catch up for a coffee, a laugh, a great conversation and it’s like you see each other every other week.

26.097 - Maayan Licht possesses one of the rarest vocal types in the world: a sopranista / male soprano. Headlining the Live at Yours stage, he brilliantly champions rare Baroque repertoire. Hearing arias written for Farinelli by Broschi and Porpora was such a treat.

Licht's talent is unmistakable. He handles coloratura passages with ease, and then blows you away with long legato lines that defy a single breath. And let's not forget the encore! A phenomenal whistled vocalise that felt superhuman.

His personality is equally memorable, with an unpredictable stage presence that kept our host guessing.

As the waves have now subsided and the sparkly dust has settled.... this has truly been a show that I'll never forget 🩵
Every show is memorable in its own way but this was something so special. The stage design, the cast, the costuming, the make up, the hair, the team, the story, a completely lucid underwater dream 💦🐚🧜‍♀️ 🧜‍♂️
From waiting patiently since helping with the initial concept more than 2 years ago for this to hit Brisbane shores, it was TOTALLY worth the wait 🩵

I feel a society is measured by the art it chooses to protect. For two years now, Marc and I have been devoted to Live at Yours, a series that brings some of the world’s finest musicians into rare, intimate proximity and that has staged some of the most significant concerts this country has seen. I am proud that Sentral Media Group can support their work as their philanthropic media partner. Culture endures because people choose to carry it and I am inspired and proud to partner with @vfanshil

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Limelight Review hot off the press for @vfanshil and @eleanorsoprano for @operaqueensland hugely successful production of ‘Rusalka’

‘Special qualities abound. Recalling Richard Bonynge and Joan Sutherland, conductor Vladimir Fanshil and lead soprano Eleanor Lyons – who excels technically and expressively and is vocally magnificent as Rusalka – are a true partnership. Each can sense where the other is building intensity, where a silence should be prolonged, or how a melodic line is shaped. Their artistic rapport is a winning element.’

Huge congrats so well deserved 🙌

Brilliant article in this weekend’s @theaustralianculture featuring @vfanshil and @eleanorsoprano. This beautifully balanced piece by Jane Albert captures the wide reaching gifts that Vladimir and Eleanor share through their own on stage careers and also their vital contribution to the musical fabric of Australia in their @liveatyours concert series. And right now they enjoying optimal time together in their unprecedented collaboration in @operaqueensland ‘Rusalka’. Unity in every sense. This collaboration is something we will be seeing more of into the future…and Emblem Artists is so thrilled to be part of the cogs in making this happen.
