We had the privilege to host chef Victor an international tourist chef and a Ritz Carlton Alumni in our kitchen.

He shared a plethora of tips and tricks with us and created some of the most interesting dishes we have come across.

On the menu we had; PUPA- freshly pickled beetroot, smoked salmon and cherry coulis,

and ADIE- a chicken pudding on shortbread crumble and cinnamon-basil dust.

Personally, I do not believe in just liking food & I do not like food just for the sake of “it’s food, it’s sweet”, I believe and genuinely love to learn and know about food & it’s gastronomy. So, one knowledge at a time.

I’ve had this video on my list of things to shoot since June and thanks to Chef Victor @vhorgers for coming in clutch🥳
