Alhamdulillah always a privelage and pressure to compete in front of the children you teach. After cornering and coaching them all day it was their turn to coach me 😆

Competing in front of your students especially the children always adds to the pressure, because you are their teacher they always expect you to win. But life doesn't always work out that way and in the losses there are important lessons to learn also

The kids that I teach, I see them and treat them the same way I would my own children. I want the best for them the same way I want the best for my own children. Hearing their cheers was one of the best moments of the day 🤩

And I continue to compete at the same events as them to let them know that they aren't alone in doing it. Competing can be a very tough experience for someone so young, but it certainly makes it easier if your coach is doing it too 🤲

Massive thank you to my coach Professor Nisar @osswajiujitsu302 for coming down and delivering a fantastic class once more at @5050_submission_grappling last night. Always a pleasure having him down

Lovely to have my brother @babarraja1 come down also with his students. Great bunch of guys with great Jiu Jitsu

These 2 are 2 of the greatest minds I have met in Jiu Jitsu. Phenomenal coaches a very unique ability to explain and break down techniques.

We'll be bringing them down more often to @5050_submission_grappling inshaAllah
