Welcome to Late Nite 🌙 Music Therapy! It’s a spot where me and my friends play our own versions of our favorite and most inspiring songs, then talk about the meaning behind the music.

This song has had deep meaning for me since it dropped in 2005. Stars by @switchfoot reminds me to look up at the night sky and remember to breathe and be my best self.

Couldn’t have asked for a better person to share the spotlight with than Cam who runs @vibevocalstudio and can help you to find and build your best voice like he has for me! 🗣️

You’ve seen us begin our Frame of Mynd video campaign that feature our wonderful FOM participants. Now it’s time to meet these remarkable individuals! We were fortunate enough to collaborate with some truly inspiring Utah artists who were willing to be vulnerable with us, and you, in sharing their mental health journey’s.

Every Wednesday we’ll be posting a new FOM participant’s story and environmental photograph. Each participant was asked to choose a place where they like to recharge and feel most like themselves, and these are the results. ✨

First up is Cameron Sol @vibevocalstudio — whose recharge space was the lake where he likes to go for cold plunges 🥶 Read about Cameron’s mental health story in the accompanying slides.

On Christmas Eve, we went to the hot springs and met a whole crew of really wonderful folks. @wikicamjam began sharing their heart and experiences and soon @jadindellacorte invited everyone to share what in their life is difficult or heavy right now.

Soon we were all in a circle sharing, connecting, and crying. It was so precious and an important reminder that our stories and difficult experiences can be opportunities for important community connection and self understanding.

🤲🏼

In light of so much violence in the world, I am orienting more and more towards heartfelt, non violent communication and community building.
