Gosh, I loved this interview for so many reasons! 1. Surround yourself with the right support: @vic_buildstrong has helped me tremendously in such a short period. Yes, you still have to put in the work, but having the right people in your corner elevates what you’re capable of achieving. I’m so grateful to offer a platform where she can share her expertise with all of you. 2. Cutting through the noise: We dive deep into fitness fads, peptides, optimal protein intake, and the truth about 10k steps. If you’re a woman feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting wellness advice, this lighthearted, educational conversation will give you clear, actionable clarity. 3. You don’t have to do it alone: Vic puts it perfectly—trying to figure everything out by yourself only slows you down. As we get older, learning from people who have spent years mastering their craft buys you precious time. Drop the pride and leverage expert guidance. The episode is live now. We’re constantly hearing ‘do 10,000 steps a day’ but have you asked why? When we know the why behind something we are more likely to do it. Our brain hates doing work it doesn’t see a point to. When someone orders you to walk 10K steps, your brain will see it as a chore and a rule, which creates the resistance to it. BUT when you learn why it matters, like how it flushes extra sugar out of your body and gives you steady energy and unlocks a hidden metabolic pathway, suddenly you aren’t just following some random rule you see a reward and then you’re motivated to do it. So now you know the why, phone down and start moving. @vic_buildstrong #fitness 10k

As women, we can obsess over the scales, over how many calories we’re consuming, that we just need to ‘train harder’… but have you stopped to really think about why you might be finding it harder in your mid 30s+ to tone and loose weight? When you’re probably doing more and eating less than you were in your 20s? New episode with @vic_buildstrong live this Thursday 3 September at 5pm CST. #Fitness #weightlosssupport #training
