Swipe to the end to see the before. Thanks to Angela at @viceantiques for the invite to come see the store and find a piece of furniture to work some magic on! What do you think of this hand painted scene? ✨ it’s just magical. Full tutorial including the hunt for the piece posted on YouTube now! #furniture

Polaroid for the road, yesterday edition.

This is a vintage fiberglass over-the-door decorative piece from the 70’s. We picked it up at @viceantiques a couple of weeks ago.

I shot this on my SX-70 with the red circle Spectra filter.
Intentional vignetting is sexy

What an amazing weekend! My first two markets were a huge success! It was so nice to meet such amazing people. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and everyone who was so kind to check out our pieces. Looking forward to more in the future!

Found these adorable frames at @viceantiques and had to engrave them! I will be joining Vice as a vendor for their Grand Reopening Event on 8/9. These will be available for purchase at the event! Check out @viceantiques for more information.

Yes, we are actually closed today! Stay safe out there, Richmond! You’re honestly gonna need a wetsuit not a snowsuit! @modern_804 #Modern804 #RichmondVirginia #RVA #SnowDay #closedofficial #seeyoutomorrow

Last weekend the bathroom wasn’t the only space that got a face lift. The landing at the top of our stairs has been waiting for over a year for the perfect size/price/style table and I finally found it. Note to myself- it’s worth waiting for a piece you love when thrifting/antiquing instead of just buying “something” to fill a space. - While shopping I got the table (under $50), the candlestick holders, the cast iron urn, the greenery in it, and five of the seven vases/jars on the bottom shelf. Somehow this whole setup came together from two good thrift days and each time I walk upstairs it makes me smile.
