What a weekend at @wodapalooza! Such an amazing event to be at our hometown in @surfcityusa. Shoutouts need to be had…
1) @sbfarmer_ for all the support taking lead on the kids multiple days / weeks so I could selfishly get some extra training in. Holding it down as always.
2) @crossfitsurfcity to many people from the gym to thank. The whole gym fam held it down all weekend.
3) @performprolific I’m in the best shape of my life and if your looking for a program to follow, hit him up!
4) @ryokojames for the best fashion I’ve ever been suited up in while sweat was flying.
5) @vicentefs throwing down some crazy pics capturing such cool moments.
6) @expressresearchco providing that extra that helped put me over the top this year

Cheers to everyone who was part of the journey and I’m sure I’m missing a few. Took today off but training for next year starts tomorrow. 🤝

Can’t help but have a smile on our faces with this group coming in on a Sunday!

It’s amazing how you can feel when everyone in the building has the same vibe

Coming in to support each other
Coming in to get a good workout in
Coming in to get better

Nothing beats it

Happy Sunday fam.

Let’s get better this week

PRs are cool. Podiums are cool. But watching someone do something they didn’t think they could do because they had people in their corner screaming their name? That’s the good stuff. Thank you @vicentefs for these amazing pics. @crossfitsurfcity #crossfit #competition #crossfitmom #fitover40 #fitspo
