Day 2: longest day of the trip!

We started at 5am getting picked up to make our way to the hot air balloons, we can wait to show you some of the content we got from that!

We toured Teotihuacan and learned so much about the ancient ways and traditions. ♥️

Last day in Italy. We started our day with a tour of the colosseum. Ryan really wanted to be a gladiator. After the colosseum we visited the Roman Forum and Palestine Hill. The gardens were so beautiful. Wish we would have packed a picnic because it was a beautiful day for that. We then had reservations at AROMA. A bit fancy for us but it was all for the views. We had a direct view of the gladiator school back in Ancient Rome and of course of the Colosseum. The food was delicious. We then rented bird scooters. Ryan had Reyna on his going fast. Well just as he was going to speed right past a police officer, the officer waived him down. The officer made Ryan aware that it’s illegal for a kid under 14 to ride. So that was the end of that. Had an experience at Hermes and had our last dinner at a pizzeria. This trip exceeded my expectations thanks to my travel planner @vicksadventure. We’re coming home Texas.

Day 5 in Italy. Today was a sleep in day. PTL! Our lovely hotel delivered our breakfast tray to our room this morning. I didn’t expect that. 😋 We caught a mid-day train back to Rome. After we checked in, we went to the Spanish steps (wish we were allowed on them) and the Trevi fountain to make our wishes. The fountain is beautiful. So many people. We did some shopping before having another amazing dinner.
This trip has been amazing thanks to my travel planner @vicksadventure. Thank you Vicky! 😘

💡 Ellyz café in the center of Athens is the most Instagrammable part of the city. With flowers mushrooming from walls and ceilings, it looks like it came from a fairy tale.
