Volume II, Chapter 1 … 🪽😉

No one tells you how one little health scare can make you question so many things. Nothing prepares you for the what ifs, the not knowing what tomorrow might bring. No one tells you how hard it is to always have to be strong for others, nor how much harder it is to have to be strong for yourself.

God has a funny way of sometimes making you realize what really matters and what doesn’t. One minute you can be fine and the next you may not be. This past month I was dealt one of the scariest things I’ve had to deal with. Never have I questioned everything in my life more, every decision I have ever made, everything I did or didn’t do. One diagnosis could have changed everything.

While I smiled on the outside no one had any idea what was going on in the inside while I waited for my results. So I had a choice to make, either continue to worry or prepare myself for the worst and live life as if tomorrow was my last. And then I had to remind myself of everything I’ve had to deal with and for those of you that know me I sure as hell am not a quitter.

Grateful that the results came back negative. This photoshoot signifies more than just a photoshoot. It’s a reminder of the courage sometimes we need to have when facing struggles that others have no idea we are facing. It’s a reminder that giving up is not an option.

Thank you to the most amazing team for making this an even more special experience 🥹 Created some amazing magic with the most amazing team!
