Month in the life of a very popular little man!!!

Only 3 months old and his personality is already mix of both of us: yappiness and endless energy from me, and charisma and mischievousness from Leon.

🌟Have you used your therapy ball this week? Try this back effective back extension move. Thought all of you tagged would like. 🌟Set up as seen in the photo. 🌟To move: Curl forward over the ball slightly and then return to the start position. Keep your back neutral as I have in the photo Be sure to draw your shoulder blades and shoulders away from ears on way back to start position and keep shoulders away from ears as well when curling forward. 🌟Keep your head and neck in alignment with spinal column, especially at the top (shown in photo). Too much neck extension means you are looking too high....Look at an angle forward to floor. We want you in neutral as much as possible.
🌟Great for back health, core, shoulders & neck plus stretching the chest and shoulders at front. When lifting to start position imagine length across your collar bones. So...You are working the back line of your body and stretching the anterior line. 🌟For a bigger version try this from your toes rather than knees. 📷Photo credit: @bdarbypho
