Every year, people see the potatoes...but these are the real 🥔 champions. 🏆

It takes a whole crew to keep this operation cooking and after 17 years, we’ve grown because of one truly Spud-tacular Team. From setting up, roasting potatoes, taking orders, slicing/buttering, loading toppings, cutting corn, bagging sour cream, slicing fruit, making cakes, refilling butter, grabbing last-minute supplies (and rescuing me when I inevitably forget something 😅) everyone plays a part.

No one gets left in the dirt around here. Every job matters and every person makes this crazy, wonderful adventure possible.

I’m beyond grateful for every single person who gives their time, energy and love. There’s a special place in my heart for the people who willingly jump into this beautiful madness with me, year after year.

I couldn’t do it without you and I’ll never stop thanking my lucky spuds for each of you. 🥔🤎

#Halloween Weekend in #AtlanticCity was a blast! 🚀 We celebrated @talmacy 🥳, devoured delicious food 🥩, dressed like #aliens 👽, saw #DirtyHeads 🎶, tried our luck at #slots 🎰, strolled the #boardwalk 🌊, floated in the #HarryPotter themed #HarrahsPool 🪄⚡️, hung out at the #VoodooLounge and enjoyed our #girltime together!

I also tried #WhiteHouseSubs on my drive out and it did not disappoint! 🤤 #ItalianSub & #MeatballSub

What a summer! From nights out that filled the soul with friendship to mornings that grounded me in gratitude — the memories ran deep. Pool days, laughter, music, all the food… and constant reminders of what a time it is to be alive ✨

When was the last time you stood barefoot in the grass? 🌱 This summer taught me to pause, to soak it all in, and to not overthink — just live, just love.

Those who know me, know I love hard. And thank you — you all know who you are — for getting me through this summer ❤️

Nothing is a coincidence. Every soul you meet is written into your destiny — to teach you, to heal you, or to love you.

It’s a new season, and I can’t wait for what’s next 🍂✨

These girlfriends of mine will make you laugh so hard in any restaurant , they’ll listen when you hurt and they always seem to know when you need them the most. Oh and they’re always down for one more. Lol.

We don’t get together as often as we want to but we’re always together in spirit. I’m lucky to have them in my life.

#FlashbackFriday to June because that’s how busy Summer has been. 😬 It’s crazy how the stars ✨ truly align at times. The reason I went to #AtlanticCity is a #story for another time but #coincidentally 😉 I had friends staying in the exact same hotel that I was and it was obviously #meanttobe! 💫 #SoMuchDancing 💃 #SoMuchFun 👯‍♀️ #SoMuchLuck🍀 #TravelGram 🧳
