✨Yin Yang March Day Retreat✨

There was something so special about this day retreat where new levels of trust and connections were made. Trust of ourselves and each other where we truly created a safe space for each other to be ourselves, making those bonds and connections stronger as the day went by.

A day that included a Yin Yang Yoga Flow, Tribal Fascia Flow, Cacao, Dance Meditation and Yoga Nidra.

We had fun, we laughed, we cried, we danced, we held one another and we let go to become who we truly are.

We continue to be inspired by each person that comes along to these retreats…..thank you for trusting us with your journey and we feel honoured to bring beautiful people together through movement and connection.
