Winter recess is a great time to really get the most of your classes! It’s the time to improve your form, stay ahead of your practice with out missing a beat. More attention from instructors mean better progress toward your movement goal! Results happen over time, not overnight. Think of all the wonderful ions you will exchange just going outdoors near the sea salt air, it’s invigorating! Did you know that there is a thing called fresh air therapy? Get out there and really smell the sea and come by!
