✨Book signings like these are a reminder that healing is possible, connection is powerful, and our stories truly matter.✨

Every hug, every conversation, and every signature is a full-circle moment—proof that what once tried to break me has become my purpose.

Thank you to everyone who has shown up, supported, and shared I See You. Your love means the world. 💙
Let’s keep choosing healing, choosing ourselves, and choosing to be seen.

Guys… We did it. You’re looking at your official Louisiana State Fit Model Champion 👸🏼🏆🥇

14 years ago I became the first IFBB Bikini Pro in Louisiana… it was the beginning of so many things in my life, the start of Clean Creations, the beginning of a relationship to my future husband and the beginning of my deep passion for wellness and fitness.

To step on stage again in front my daughters and family all these years later is such a full circle moment. I have grown so much as a person and I can honestly say the second time around was SO much more fun.

If you’ve ever felt inspired to do something out of your comfort zone, try something new, step into a bigger version of yourself, this is your sign to go for it. Life is short, live it on purpose.

Thank you to each and every one of you who have been so supportive of this journey. Thank you to my family and friends who make me feel like superwoman because they believe in me so much. A very special thanks to @bubbylupo for pushing me to this, i’m so grateful you did lol!

This has truly been a blast… so what show should we do next? 🤣👏🏻

“The Story of Us”... part 2
.
With the help of our amazing team and incredible customers we proudly opened our very first grab and go in old Gretna. We breathed new life into an old seafood boiling business, but I like to think the spirit of that family run business (Vince’s Seafood) still lives on.
