Brought my wife out to the Lakefront for our runs. We started right after the rain and the wind hit. We run different speeds. I get her started and then take off. I did some loops so she can catch up before taking off again. 13 miles for me.

Monday evening miles with @sebastianyosoi — humid, tough, but we got it done.

Every run teaches you something new. The key is to challenge your mind.
You are not the voice telling you to stop — you’re the one listening. And you have the power to silence it.

These are the runs that count. No shortcuts. Just grit.
I’m not listening to doubt. I’m pushing through.

BUCKLE MONDAY is a thing for a community like TBC!! This weekend three determined and ferocious ultramarathoners took on the a scenic dirt single-track course of 62 miles in Bastrop State Park, TX.
Breaking barriers to take on challenges and go beyond the running norms is a true representation of what TBC strives for, hacer lo imposible posible porque todos somos capaces!!
TBC believe that as runners, trail runners, marathoners, ultramarathoners we are capable of so much however it takes community, determination, endurance and true desire to discover our capabilities of what our physical and mental strength has to offer us!
We are proud that while Latinos continue to be underrepresented in the ultramarathons @ultra_eric23 @victormgonzalez & @ultraoscar9 are breaking ground and making the Latino impact in ultramarathons.
Estamos aquí para quedarnos!

2024 has been a year of growth, as I’ve embraced new changes and perspectives. Running has been my anchor, helping me stay steady and strong through challenging times. I’ve learned that those who can adapt and embrace change are the ones who thrive. I’m ready for what’s next and excited for the future. LFG 2025—surprise me!

Last week, I ran 50k with these amazing guys and my trail family, @trailblazincrew, and it already feels like it happened months ago. To stay grounded and truly feel that way, you have to actively carve out a path for growth and knowledge in every part of your life. It requires stepping outside your comfort zone and embracing what makes you unique. I challenge you to break free and create the life you deserve. Be different, don’t follow the crowd, and always keep your sights set on your next challenge. #happyrunning
